解決完美破解無法使用命令行

在GTA安裝目錄下，建一個"commandline.txt"
裡面填入你要使用的命令行：
例如


注意：若有的玩家觉得没效果，则在命令前面加一个空格。
还是不能使用的请注册RGSC http://www.xiadaocn.com/2008/200812/193141.shtml 登陆RGSC以后再尝试


例如：解决显卡限制的话,在文本文件里: -norestrictions

v2必需放到游戏安装目录下才有效果

v3版无需再放到游戏目录下，放哪都可以运行，增加一条命令 -vehicledensity 设定车辆密度（在XP SP3下测试通过）V3版根据关闭RGSC可提高FPS理论添加热键[Alt+Shift+D]关闭RGSC，必需在完全进入游戏到主菜单才能关闭RGSC

注意：游戏优先读取命令行文件，没有的命令行才读取游戏设定文件数据到设定

PS: 这是用autoit做的小软件，程序在编译过程就会进行压缩，不清楚某些杀毒软件为什么会报

不放心的玩家也和自己编辑这个文本文件，效果是一样的
